At Phyber Guard, all services and products are delivered face-to-face. We do not use any shipping services or postal systems.
Due to the nature of our physical and customized delivery model, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered and configured.

All devices are configured with publicly available, open-source applications. While we customize and harden these tools to the highest security standards, we do not hold responsibility for data stored or managed by any third-party service or application used on the device.
Device configuration happens face-to-face, and no setup data is stored after delivery.

The phones and routers offered are modified consumer devices, sold strictly for enhanced privacy and cybersecurity use-cases. All logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

All orders are handled manually. Before any payment is accepted, the customer must first contact us to confirm availability, delivery schedule, and device quantity.
